About Ozservers Colocation


Oz Servers colocation provides you with the ability to locate your mission critical equipment in a high availablitiy Internet Datacentre server hosting enviornment.

Once you have ordered your Colocation space, Oz Servers will provide you with your IP access details.

Oz Servers runs a secure datacentre facility, and will receive your server(s) in our secure vehichle entry area if required, or through our main double-doored office. Our friendly Oz Servers staff will relocate your server to the secure datahall area for you, and commission it. We do not allow general access to the main server hosting area.

In the event of a server component failure, you can provide spare equipment for your server which will remain on standby for Oz Servers technicians to use to get you back up and running. If you do not have spare equipment available at the time of failure, Oz servers will remain on standby for you to deliver spare parts, or can ship the server back to you by priority courier so you can diagnose, repair, and return to us to put back into active service.
