Limits
- Clients are responsible for their hardware
- Clients must have their server assets insured
- By purchasing our colocation services clients warrant that their server assets are insured
- No licensing of software running on colocation packages – this is the clients responsibility
- Server management on colocation packages – availability decided on case by case basis

- KVM Hire available – see content menu below
- Backup space on our SAN storage is available to colocation clients
Pricing
- All prices are GST inclusive.
- Monthly Direct Debit via Bank Account – no additional charge
- Monthly Direct Debit via Visa/MC add 2% | Amex add 4%
- We do not accept payment via cheque or bank deposit
Contract
- 3 months minimum contract on direct debit via cc or bank account.
- 12 month contract option with 5% discount
- 24 month contract option with 10% discount
- Servers housed in our East Brisbane facility
Colocation per RU Packages
- Clients have access to the public tech bay area
- Clients access to their servers must be scheduled – see below
- Clients DO NOT have unescorted access to the server room floor
- Colocation per RU packages apply to single physical servers
- Servers must be delivered with rails
Clients can access their servers 24/7/365. This access must be scheduled via a support ticket.
There is no cost for access between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday excluding QLD public holidays.
Outside these hours and on public holidays access is a $55 call out and $110 per hour (billed hourly).
This also applies to access which extends beyond normal business hours.
Colocation Half and Full Racks
- Clients have 24/7/365 access to the server room floor
- Access is via swipe card and pin
- Clients receive 1 swipe card per half cabinet, 2 swipe cards for a full cabinet etc
Content Management, Troubleshooting and Server Administration
- Client outsources his server software troubleshooting and administration to us on an hourly basis
- 8am to 8pm M-F $132 per hour – 1 hour minimum then 15 minute increments
- Outside these hours $198 per hour - 1 hour minimum then 15 minute increments
Backup space
$11 per 20 GB on our SAN network storage
- can be ordered without server management
- is included with platinum server management
- is NOT included with gold server management
Remote Hands
- Remote Hands means we follow the client’s instructions.
- M-F 8 am to 6 pm excluding public holidays - $77 per hour
- Outside these hours and on public holidays - $55 call out and $110 per hour
KVM Rental
KVM over IP is $55 per day.
If ordered outside normal business hours of 8 am – 6pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays a $55 call out will apply.
KVM over IP must be ordered under your server section after logging into your account on our web site. It will be invoiced daily until cancelled.
Traffic Data Pricing Model - $1.32/GB - 100GB Free
